Kings add Claxton who’s a slightly better defensive center and Mann who’s just salary filler they also get a second swap this year they move back a few spots to add an extra 2029 second via GS could be a decent pick who knows they also add the Knicks 2027 first which will likely be bottom 5 in the first round

Nets add Sabonis for a little extra offense considering Claxton seems to have regressed and Mann is a bad contract they only give up a late first rounder and a potentially high second rounder in 2029 not a bad overpay for someone who is still a super versatile big man

Kings also plan to draft Kingston Flemings with pick 7 and then draft a wing and big with their other two seconds

In 2027 offseason they will have a huge amount of cap space to add premium FA and by then hopefully some of the young guys can come together with the new talent and get this newly built Kings team off the ground and moving towards a potential play in spot during the 2027-2028 season and try to progress from there
