DET: MPJ, Nembhard, McConnell

Nets: Harris, Ivey, 2031 Unprotected Det 1st

IND: Robinson, Lavert, 2027 Unprotected Det 1st, 2030 Det 1st Swap

It's looking more and more like Giannis is going to be moved each day. Lets say that he goes to a team in the East, that should scare the Pistons, and make them realize they need to plug their flaws to combat the move. They give a total a 2 unprotected firsts, a swap, and a flyer in Ivey, but 3 players you're fine losing to match money. In return you get everything you need in MPJ, Nembhard and McConnell. Imagine heading into the playoffs with your rotation looking like Cade/McConnell, Nembhard/Green, Thompson/Holland, MPJ/Stewart, Duran/Bball Paul. No team in the East can match that depth.

The Nets I do think could get a better package on the market, but possibly no teams really make any offers, and this is about the best they can do because this is a nice package. Tons of financial flexibility, a flyer in a young Ivey, and a future first, that will most likely be low value, but still, a future first is a future first.

The Pacers, also, I could see asking for more. Nembhard has been a bit disappointing this year, but everyone knows that his value comes in the playoffs, and TJ is just such a vet that everyone would love running their bench offense. In return they get a good role player in Robinson, who I think would fit great in this offense for the Pacers, but a pretty bad contract in Lavert, a most likely bad pick next year, but an interesting swap in the future.

I really doubt this trade as is would go through, but even if Detroit would have to attatch a little more draft capital, I think this move solidifies their chance to win the East this year, and they should capitalize. Let me know what you think!
