The San Francisco dynasty is at a low point, even so I believe that with these moves they could try to compete for the next few years.

In this hypothetical case I don't think the Warriors are going to move Wiggins because he doesn't have much value in the market and I don't think they want to waste the remaining years of Curry's contract starting to rebuild. So in this case they would opt to cut CP3 since he doesn't have a guaranteed contract this year so they could make enough money to sign Kyle Anderson in free agency for 2 years or 2+1 with a player option to strengthen the second unit, I also assume that Klay Thompson would take a considerable pay cut and accept a 2+1 team option contract, finally the Warriors would move Gary Payton to the Chicago Bulls for Jevon Carter to get a good point guard in the second unit.

Why would the Bulls accept this trade?

Easy, even if GPII gets paid more than Carter, GPII's contract is up next year and so is Lonzo's, so Chicago will have $30M free for next season.

Why do I think the Warriors should do this?

Well even though maybe with these changes the team won't improve much I think they would and also considering the current state of the franchise by the time Curry, Klay (assuming he accepts this contract) and Draymond run out of this last contract the Warriors will be freed from a lot of salaries like Wiggins as well. So if they do this they have a competitive team for the last years of the dynasty and also have a future after the dynasty is over.

The rotation of the team after these moves:

Curry - Carter, Podziemski - Moody, Wiggins - Klay, Kuminga - Anderson, Draymond - Jackson Davies.
