The 76ers are in an interesting position with a lot of various ways they could go. If they are unable to sign a guy like LeBron PG or OG, this route could be very interesting. Here, they use their cap space for two moves on the wings. They bring back Jerami Grant and bring in Miles Bridges to start at the 3 and the 4. These are two dynamic, 2-way wings who can compliment Maxey and Embiid very well. Bridges has reportedly been valued at a contract around 100 million dollars, which is what he goes for here. Grant gets moved for some draft assets and Paul Reed, who the Blazers then flip to Denver for some more assets to provide Jokic a backup who can give them some minutes at the 5.
The 76ers then resign a couple of their own guys. Based on the 76ers cap sheet, after these two trades they will have around 5-10 million in cap space left. They use this space to resign Buddy Hield, who had some moments with the 76ers, and should hopefully improve with a full offseason with the team. They would also bring back Robert Covington, Kyle Lowry, and Cam Payne, all guys who shouldn't be too hard to retain. They should also do what they can to convince Batum not to retire, and re-sign him. I have him at the minimum here, but with the 76ers retaining his bird rights they could offer a decent amount more.
They then use their room exception of roughly 8 million dollars to retain Kelly Oubre, which according to Bobby Marks is what he can expect to get offered.
Their last major step would be to re-sign Maxey. He is eligable for a max contract, and he will get it.
The rest of the roster would then be filled out by minimum salary guys. One I highlighted here is Kornet who can help give some solid minutes at the 5 for Embiid. This would create a dynamic, versatile team with size and scoring at guard, on the wing, and in the middle.
Potential lineup:
PG: Maxey/Lowry
SG: Hield/Payne
SF: Bridges/Oubre
PF: Grant/Batum
C: Embiid/Kornet
