• The Raptors get to offload the contracts for Pascal Siakam and Otto Porter Jr.

• Otto Porter Jr. has negative trade value, and he is a relief for the Raptors to trade.

• Finally, the Raptors get a few young talents (MIA), 2 picks (MIA & ATL), and $11M of cap space.

Atlanta:

• The Hawks are interested in acquiring Pascal Siakam (TOR).

• The Hawks also acquire Otto Porter Jr.

• The Hawks get to offload the contract for Clint Capela (TOR), so they can start Onyeka Okongwu instead.

• The Hawks will also have to trade De'Andre Hunter and 1 pick. Losing him is the only downside for the Hawks.

Miami:

• The Heat are interested in Damian Lillard (POR).

• Additionally, the Heat will acquire big man Jusuf Nurkić (POR).

• In total, the Heat will have to trade 4 players and 3 picks.

Portland:

• The Trail Blazers will lose Damian Lillard.

• In what is considered an upgrade, the Trail Blazers will acquire Clint Capela (ATL), in a swap for Jusuf Nurkić.

• The Trail Blazers will also acquire the starter, De'Andre Hunter (ATL), and the veteran/champion, Kyle Lowry. The latter can be a mentor to Scoot Henderson.

• This is a better trade for Portland than having Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and 3 picks from Miami. Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Caleb Martin cannot be traded if the Heat plan to win a championship next year.
