Giannis gets traded to Atlanta, where the Hawks don't sacrifice their long, athletic, defensive identity, but have to give up multiple first round draft picks to get it done including the best of the Bucks/Pelicans first rounder this year which could easily turn into a top 5 pick in a loaded draft class. Colin Sexton gives you an element of the quick guard the Hawks would lose in trading away Trae and Miles Plumlee gives you experienced big man depth with the loss of Porzingis/Mo Gueye.
The Bucks decide to pivot on the Giannis era, by getting the combo of an elite pick and roll guard in Trae Young with Joel Embiid, who when healthy can be an elite player in the league but has also has been injury riddled over the last few years. Mo Gueye could prove to be a player with a high upside, having shown flashes of potential in the Hawks rotation this year and gives you defensive versatility with the losses of Kuzma/Turner. The picks coming in from the Hawks gives the Bucks some good potential for the future, an element of control over their own picks whilst not sacraficing too much trying to win now.
Philly finally moves on from Joel Embiid, embracing a future with their younger core and specifically Maxey leading the team. Porzingis would provide elite spacing and shot blocking when healthy and with the size of the Philly backcourt being an issue Kuzma provides spacing, size and defensive versatility. You also have more potential cap room to work with, if you do decide to move on from Porzingis' expiring contract in the summer. The draft picks coming from Atlanta and Charlotte give you an option to embrace a big rebuild further down the line.
The Hornets get a big boost at the centre in acquiring Miles Turner, whilst not sacrificing a lot of core pieces. This will give LaMelo/Kon more spacing in the half court and also should improve their defensive idenity.
