New Orleans is going nowhere with this roster. I know this, you know this, even they know this. But they have reached an interesting point to start a full rebuild with the ascension of Queen and Fears, and the addition of Mathurin. They are the smallest market in the league, and they won't be contending for at least 5 years (no chance at all). Therefore they need really young players with high upgrade potential to develop via draft. Murphy III is good, but he is also the player with the most value, so trading him for picks is a good idea. They also desperately need a SG who can shoot and handle the ball, so Green sounds like a good option. Changing Zion and Missi for Duren is a great upgrade imo, and Duren is a good fit with Queen, who could now start at the 4, his best position imo. And then Robinson, Mitchell and Jovic are good rotational pieces, with tradable contracts. But I would keep them to teach the youngsters (not real vets, but more than the rookies). 3 first round picks and 2 seconds to top off the package. Lineup would be Duren-Queen-Bey-Green-Fears. With a bench of Deandre-Jovic-Robinson-Mathurin-Mitchell. I honestly like it, they ain't winning anything anyways, but they can be better positioned for the future. Also remember the new draft order: nobody wants to be the worst team anymore. With the new roster they can get a better record than Nets, Bucks, Kings and Grizzlies, allowing New Orleans to be a number 1 pick candidate.

Suns trade Green and Bridges for AD. And it may sound crazy, but I like it. If AD is healthy they can be a very good team. Positionally, it makes much more sense. And their ceiling is much higher, which should be their goal. Suns could also be one of the few teams to be interested in extending AD, so makes sense for him as well. They also get 4 second rounders to help with their draft assets issue.

Wizards get Zion and Herb for AD. They also add Chaz Lanier for roster compensation. They also pay 1 FRP, 2 seconds. AD doesn't make any sense in Washington but if he can get them Zion... Imagine Trae throwing lobs to Zion! And then Herb is a great defensive option to start at the SG and cover up for Trae. Kyshawn would move to the bench as a multipositional sixth man of the year candidate. Sarr-Zion-AJ-Herb-Trae. Woah. Sounds really fun.

Pistons get Trey Murphy, Missi and Bridges for Duren, Robinson and Chaz Lanier 1 FRP and 4 second rounders. I'd rather keep Duren for a lower price, but it's not happening as he wants out. Therefore trading him and Robinson for Murphy, Bridges and Missi sounds good to me. They get 3 new startes to play alongside Cade and Ausar. They already wanted Bridges in the past. Missi is a good replacement for Duren. And Murphy is way better than Robinson. Great trade for Pistons.

Heat trade Jovic, Mitchell and 1 FRP for Dejounte. Simple, but great imo. Huge improvement in terms of roster construction turning 2 rotational (bench) players into Dejounte, who adds a lot of defense, leadership and game knowledge without taking the ball too much from Giannis
