Teams Retooling To Contention
Celtics
Celtics need to focus more on building properly around Tatum. They need a PG and a spot-up shooter. Unlike most teams they have a plethora of drafts picks( they dont necessarily need), young defensive minded players who are on good contracts, and 35 million worth of trade expectations, which enable them to absorb bigger unwanted contracts (Buddy). Halliburton and Hield answers addresses these concerns without question.

Sacramento
2. Sacramento has been between bad - mediocre for over decade now, in fact the last time they made the playoffs was in 2006, thats a 15 year drought. There is no reason to believe this current group is going turn things around. Sacramento needs four things a identity, better def, a new coach and stay the hell out the lottery. Although this trade doesn't address the coach issue and does give them exactly what they need to possibly contend this year and foreseeable future. While I think that Fox, Halliburton and Hield are great, I hate the idea of two PG's as the building blocks for any team and Buddy deserves to start and they tried like hell to trade already.

Philly
3. This Sixers trade is a no brainer, Simmon value is at all time low, mainly because he his disgruntled player that is a offensive liability, not to mention that fragile mind of his. Nevertheless, he is great defender and playmaker who needs to be surrounded by 3 - D wings, spot up shooters and an Athletic Center, making this SAC trade a perfect match. As for Fox he is without question the quintessential PG Embiid needs. Sixers would also bring in an All-Star level talent that hasnt entered his prime. Theres also the 20 PG and 6 assist per game.

Pretenders that need to rebuild
Rockets:
The are 1 - 10 and need to focus completely on rebuilding. They have Porter Jr, Woods, and Green as building blocks and need to move some veterans to open more playing time and focus more on player development. Trading Gordon and House for younger shooters like Prichard and Woodard, makes all the senses in world.
Detriot:
2. Like the Rockets, Detriot need to focus more on their player development. This team is no where close to competing and really dont have the assets to a move that would help immediately. Trading Grant for SAC unprotected 2022 draft pick, ATL 2022 2nd Rd pick, Aaron Nesmith and Badgley is fair as is gets. Grants numbers are pretty good, but its on a losing team and I believe Aaron Nesmith and Badgley I think just needs more opportunity. Aaron has already shown he is a great defender and shooter, in fact him and Bey were the top two in their draft class. Bagley has shown flashes, I think needs to stay healthy and work on def, but being just 22 years old and playing a more play making PG like Cade, I think would be conducive in changing turing things around. As for Nesmith, putting a player with him shooting and def next to Cade, with Bey at the wing, is how you build around your future Star.
