Here is just a clean swap of point guards to bring Lillard into the Eastern Conference. This allows the Blazers to still have an all star point guard but one who fits their timeline much better to go along with Sharpe, Simmons, and the #3 pick in this year's draft. The Hawks look to get a change of scenery with Lillard and hope he can provide a better fit next to Dejounte in a win now move.
