Raptors:
1) An underrated defender and stretch big who will space the floor for Barnes/Siakam/Anunoby.
2) A very good and young backup guard who will fit nicely in the rotation with a secured contract.
3) Save 3M of cap space (+1.6M of FVV player option) and try to extend GTJ during the next free agency.
4) Trading FVV will finally give Scottie the PG position with mismatch on every possession.
5) A 2023 second round for a team who knows how to draft.

1) Trade Russell for VanVleet who is a very good PG off the ball, Edwards will be the primarly ball handler as he already suggested.
2) Receive one of the best 6th man available before the trade deadline who wants to win now and always made it to the playoffs since 2013-14.
3) If it doesn't work, there is still 31M of flexibility next summer while giving only a second round, not losing too much here, already made a bad move last summer.
