Benefits for Miami: Top 4 center itl in Sabonis, guaranteed to get them buckets especially from 3 which they've consistently lacked from a big man. Also improves playmaking in the post and the burden on Herro's shoulders ball handling wise.

Benefits for Sacramento: One projected top 20 pick in a deep roleplayer draft, two more first later on and some seconds. Two contracts, one expiring and one almost expiring. If Sacramento chooses to retool rather than blow it up they would have lots of picks and contracts to throw offers around fir a new face of the franchise.

++Sabonis becomes a Heatle++

I still feel like Miami can pull something off if they went for it and attempted to get another star; I personally think Sabonis has the best potential fit for the Miami Heat roster other than maybe a Tyrese Haliburton or something of that nature. Miami has the contracts to fit and the picks to send out. I could see the Kings passing this and trying to get more somewhere else, but I think this is still a good assessment of Sabonis' value. The FA signings for Miami is where stuff gets weird; I'm confident Philly is gonna underpay Kelly Oubre Jr. because of other players like Grimes and Yabusele they need to resign. Dallas is kind of exploding after the incident and if I was Dante Exum I'd much rather be at the Miami beaches with a bad bitch and a larger role than whatever the fuck is happening to the Mavs right now.. but idk. Pat Riley do something for once.
