HEAT: Time is running out, they get a big three with lavine, adebayo and butler. Lavine is a massive upgrade over herro and could run the point. Herro + Lavine doesn't make sense for defensive reasons, there both good scorers who aren't great defenders. Lavine, Butler and Adfebayo is tough with having Caruso, Martin, Jacquez, Lowry, Love as a good supporting cast.

CHI: They get Herro who with developement could bve as good as lavine along with a young p;layer in jovic and some frps.
