Philly basically punts on PG, and brings in Beal, who is three years younger, but is also a SG vs a SF/PF. He's a little redundant to Maxey but not entirely. Eric Gordon barely plays so he's thrown in for salary matching purposes. But can probably yield at least a SRP.

Miami essentially gets a slightly younger version of Jimmy in PG. This keeps them in the playoff hunt for 2-3 years.

Phoenix nabs Jimmy, while getting a little depth in Gordon. They'd presumably have to give up at least FRP and a swap.
