As a Celtics fan-- I want Ben Simmons in Boston.
This is the only way I see him coming and it isn't too realistic.
PHILADELPHIA Gives up a lot to upgrade from Simmons-- who may be the most hated player in Philly to Lillard. Lillard and Embiid give the 76er's two legit MVP candidates who actually compliment each other.
PORTLAND This is full re-build for the Trailblazers. If they end up trading Lillard (big if) they are getting a lot back. 2 promising rookies-- Wiseman and Maxey. 5 first round picks-- including the #7 pick in this year's draft. a few second round picks. two vets who can very likely be traded at the trade deadline for more future assets.
BOSTON They get Ben Simmons-- a perfect fit for their offense. This kills their cap flexibility for a long time but it leaves them with three great young players about to hit their prime: Brown, Tatum and Simmons. Being able to keep their young players is a plus. Likely-- would have to include Nesmith, Langford, RW3 or Payton Pritchard in any trade.
GOLDEN STATE GSW has about a three year window. The chances that the #7 or #14 pick are going to come in and contribute right away are very long. If they are-- they are likely going to be high floor / low ceiling players. They get three players that can come in and contribute to their playoff rotation.
Unfortunately-- I think the Warriors may be able to get a much better deal for Wiseman and #7. They are limited by their cap space-- so, it would be very hard to bring in either Lillard or Simmons without giving up Wiggins-- who while likely the third best of the three-- fits very well in Oakland.
