Grizzlies: Grizzlies upgrade very well at center. Capela is better than Adams in every aspect outside of passing. He offers us elite rebounding, good interior defense/rim protection, and a great lob threat for Ja which he’s never really had. Adding McConnell could be big if Tyus become too pricy. Grizz also moves up in the draft to be able to draft a wing, as Williams replaces Brooks. Would love if the Grizz can draft Eason @16 and Liddell @29.

Hawks: For the Hawks I believe they both get better and also has the opportunity to save money with both players expiring. Turner is younger and more athletic than Capela but can offer a lot more on offense stretching the floor and allowing Collins to be the roll man, instead of a spot up shooter he is when he players with Capela. Even if they don’t resign Turner they save money and add over the keys to Okongwu. Brooks also is a terrific fit a SG next to Trae. Hawks have 0 defensive backcourt players.

Pacers: Pacers continue to rebuild getting 2 big expiring contracts and another 1st. I went Adams + 22 = Turner. Gallo(big expiring contract) = McConnell.
