The Milwaukee pick situation is convoluted but this trade tries to straighen it out. The do have a pick this year, most likely their own (w Atlanta getting NOP pick). It's the next few years that are bad. Atlanta is likely to have their pick in 27 and Portland in 28 and 29, maybe in 30. For some reason, Fanspo doesn't have the 29 swap right here, so I used 30 instead.
Milwaukee gets control of their picks in 27, 28 and 30 here. Plus they get a protected Raptors pick this year and 2 Knicks swap in the future when the Knicks will be bad. They do not get much talent here but go for the tank with their picks back. Grant is tradeable for more.
Knicks get Giannis and can use Poeltl and Williams fill center minutes.
Atlanta gets a killer front line with OG joining Jalen and Onyeka, and very good 3rd guard in Deuce.
Portland gets shooting and rebounding with KAT, probably playing the 4 with Deni and Clingan.
Raptors get a 3&D center.
