Im not 100% familair with all the rules in the cba but I put this trade together to the best of my understanding. I believe this trade scenario works for everyone! Not only does it address the cap situations but everyone can walk away happy. Maybe some draft capital needs to be included but as is Utah gets a proven defensive big and a highly tauted prospective point guard with a high upside. Minnesota gets a serviceable shooting guard and a developmental project also with a high upside. Lastly knicks get their guy back and a potential center of their future at a lower cost.
