Okay, my first one received a whopping zero votes and comments, so I hope this does better.
Trade Analysis:
Toronto sends out: 2023 FRP, 2025 FRP, 2027 FRP, 2029 FRP Fred VanVleet, Gary Trent Jr, OG Anunoby, Malachi Flynn
Toronto Receives: Kevin Durant, Seth Curry, Reggie Bullock
Rationale: They get Kevin Durant without involving Scottie Barnes or Pascal Siakam. They do trade away their next three best assets, but they receive an elite shooter in Seth Curry and a good 3 and D player in Reggie Bullock to help them contend. Don't completely gut the young core with Scottie, Precious, and Koloko. The Raptors still have enough depth to contend even after this trade. I would argue keeping Siakam would be more beneficial than keeping two other core members, since the Raptors can actually contend for a chip.
Starting 5 and rotation: Scottie Barnes/Reggie Bullock/Kevin Durant/Pascal Siakam/Precious Achiuwa
Bench: Chris Boucher, Seth Curry, Otto Porter Jr
Brooklyn sends out: Kevin Durant, Seth Curry, 2025 second round pick
Brooklyn receives: Eight first round picks, Gary Trent Jr, Isaac Okoro, Collin Sexton, Josh Green, Malachi Flynn
Rationale: Does Brooklyn get an all star player that they desire with this trade? Depends on how you value Sexton. However, they get EIGHT (!!!!) firsts to rebuild, which iirc is as many picks than: James Harden to Brooklyn Chris Paul to Houston Anthony Davis to LA COMBINED. Adding a 24 ppg player in Sexton, and great secondary pieces in Trent Jr and Green and a sweetener in Flynn is simply an amazing deal for them.
Starting 5 and rotation: Kyrie Irving/Collin Sexton/Gary Trent Jr./Joe Harris/Nic Claxton Bench: Royce O'Neale, Isaac Okoro, Cam Thomas
Cleveland sends out: Collin Sexton, Isaac Okoro, 2 FRP
Cleveland receives: OG Anunoby, Dwight Powell, three seconds
Rationale: The Cavs have been searching for a wing for a long time. They get arguably the best three and D wing in OG Anunoby, and they do it without trading away any major pieces, and even get a decent backup center and three seconds in exchange. Cleveland becomes the best young team in the NBA.
Starting 5 and rotation: Darius Garland/Ricky Rubio/OG Anunoby/Evan Mobley/Jarrett Allen
Bench: Lauri Markkannen, Kevin Love, Dwight Powell
Mavericks send out: Josh Green, Dwight Powell, Reggie Bullock, two firsts, a second
Rationale: Luka needs more help. The Mavericks get an all star without giving up their big 3 of Dinwiddie Wood and Luka. They get rid of a bad contract in Powell and get a great fit next to Luka as Fred's perimeter defense and elite catch and shoot elevate the Mavericks to be contenders. Imagine what a WCF team can do when they add a 19 and 10 player in Wood and an all star in VanVleet.
Starting 5 and Rotation: Fred VanVleet/Spencer Dinwiddie/Luka Doncic/Dorian Finney-Smith/Christian Wood
Bench: Maxi Kleber, Tim Hardaway Jr, Javale McGee
