Why The Sixers Do This After another failure in the Playoffs, "The Process" is in shambles. Harden wants out and is sent back to Houston in a sign and trade with Porter Jr. and a couple protected draft picks heading to Philly in return. Mr. Process himself, makes an informal trade request as he prepares his venture for a chip. Easily one of the best current GM's, Morey is faced in a tough situation, in restarting The Process. Making Wemby the new face of the 76ers seems like a no brainer in beginning the sequel of The Process, even if means trading away your whole roster and your current best young player.

76ers Starting 5: Graham, Porter Jr., Tucker, Sochan, Wemby

Why The Spurs Do This Popovich is getting old and the Spurs should look to add another ring to Pop's collection before he retires. Therefore the cost of ending the rebuild early must be dealt, for good cause however as the Spurs assemble a deep Championship contending team. Although trading away drafted young players is tough, the Spurs manage to keep a plethora of draft picks thanks to the DeRozan, Murray and Poetl trades.

Spurs Starting 5: Maxey, Beal, Johnson, Kuzma, Embiid

Why The Wizards Do This Let's face it the Wizards aren't winning anything anytime soon and although trading away Beal would be tough for the organization, it's what must be done. Once upon a time, a couple years ago the Wizards realized they had hit roadblock with John Wall and eventually traded him to Houston to get out of his contract. Beal signing a max contract despite his recent injury history just feels like Deja Vu and it seems a matter of time until the Wizards give in to the Beal trade rumors.

Wizards Starting 5: Morris, Vassell, Avdija, Harris, Porzingis
