This took me a while to piece together, and I had to modify some deals so that money would work. I am not super familiar with how the aprons work, so hopefully I did each deal correctly. I think that I ended up with a very even trade, although it is unlikely to happen since there are so many moving pieces.
The Cavs clearly need to shake things up, but I think they should do so while keeping Don and Mobley. In this, they get a floor spacing big man to pair with Mobley and some solid depth that they were lacking this past season.

The T-Wolves decide to blow up the Twin-Towers method for some insanely good depth. This is very unlikely, as I mentioned earlier, but I think this could provide them with a better future. They might need some more compensation for Gobert but it was difficult for me to gauge his value.
T-Wolves Rotation:
PG: Garland - Conley
SG: Edwards - NAW
SF: Hunter - Bogi
PF: McDaniels - Anderson
C: Reid - Okongwu
The Grizzlies are able to acquire the true center that they need, without giving up any of their main pieces. This would result in them, when healthy, having one of the best starting fives in the league. They would need to fill out their roster with some vet minimums, but this would be a great start.
Grizz Rotation:
PG: Morant - Rose
SG: Smart - Holiday
SF: Bane - GG
PF: JJJ - Laravia
C: Allen - Aldama
The Hawks are in a weird limbo, but I think this could make them contenders. They get an DPOY and an All-Star level wing to pair with Young, and then sign one of the best defensive guards in the league. They would also need to work on their depth, but doing so through the draft is a good start. I also was unable to add a team to trade Capela to, but that would be the next thing to do for the Hawks.
Hawks Rotation:
PG: Young - Bufkin
SG: KCP - Matthews
SF: Ingram - Griffin
PF: JJ - Prince
C: Gobert - Sarr
Lastly, the Pels decide to move on from Ingram, and acquire a defensive-minded guard to compliment CJ. I could see them trading CJ to open starting spots for both Herb and TM3, but I was unable to add that. I think they should also try to sign at least one or two more solid players for off the bench, depending on what they would get out of a CJ trade.
