Why Each Team Does This:

Miami Heat: This trade really helps the heat on all of their problems. Kuzma brings scoring and rebounding into the starting lineup. Oubre brings the heat desperate bench scoring. Washington brings them a player that can play defense on all positions and can go and get a rebound.

Detroit Pistons: They get two young players who fit their timeline. Strus is an elite floor spacer which would help cunningham out on the offensive sides get to the basket. Yurtseven has shown to potential to be a very solid offensive Center with having the ability to play defense he just has to unlock it. Dedmon is thrown in for salary reasons after the season his contract is not fully guaranteed so they would be saving money on this trade as well by swapping dedmon for Noel.

Washington Wizards: With a rumor going around saying Kuzma doesn't want to be their and them being interested in Bey I think this is the best trade for them. They get a young Power Forward with potential and if they want to continue to compete this year they get a much needed backup center.

Charlotte Hornets: The Hornets get a young player in Jovic who has shown amazing potential on the offensive side with his passing and scoring a good piece next ball on a rebuilding team. They also add a first round pick to their arsenal. As a rebuilding team they have the luxury of taking a chance on Duncan Robinson and hoping he regains his shooting touch which I believe can happen with a change of scenery. If he does flip they would be able to flip him in a year or two.
