WIZARDS: They don't have much to lose here, they have a bunch of rookies and they aren't a marketable destination, so they might as well swing on a former number 1 overall pick. Their pick in 2029 will likely be in the 20's. The Warriors pick is top 20 protected. They give up some seconds and an aging role player.

PELICANS: They fully reset, they got some nice assets here to work with. They also get Noa Essengue, unfortunatley they don't have their 2026 first round pick which is tragic but with the assets they get they could trade up.

BULLS: You get Trey Murphy you can slide in seamlessley. They don't sacrifice much, the 2026 pick is protected so it is what it is.

HORNETS: They have primary scorers with their 1-3, so they need a glue guy and Herbert is that guy. He can play D as well.

T-Wolves: Get additional shooting and a playable point guard in Alvarado, he's gritty and will take some pressure off Ant, more so than Conley or Dillingham.
