Cavs get a nice frp swap, Vando who will be a nice backup PF option, giving up Strus is a loss but Svi should be able to fill up that role, and all of that while saving some cash.

Lakers get the better fit in Strus.

Jazz get some srps for tanking on some expiring contracts.
