With the west being so competitive there is no need for the Jazz to rush a rebuild, nor should they give up and start hoarding draft picks and young guys. This gives the Jazz picks in the next couple drafts should they continue to miss the playoffs, but they can also be competitive now, keeping Lauri and Sexton, and developing Keyonte George and Taylor Hendricks.
Sexton-George backcourt was the worst defensively in the regular season so adding some height and defense in Josh Giddey, and a dog on defence in Moses Moody to the roster makes perfect sense. Moving John Collins and keeping Markannen seems like the move for the Jazz, and OKC desperately need some rebounding, and can replace Josh Giddey, a guy who likes the ball in his hands, with a better fitting 2 in Jordan Clarkson. GSW may take the risk and trust TJD at the 5 full-time, but getting a great contract and 7 foot center in Kessler for only 2 FRP, Moody, Looney and moving the contract of Wiggins is still somehow a bargain. Moody and Looney are solid guys to add to the rotation, but Wiggins is an interesting pickup. His contract is not good, but should he be able to rediscover his old form he could be a fantastic addition. In a 5 that primarily contains inside threats he would be given freedom to shoot the 3 and could be a great piece in this team.
With plenty of cap space, the Jazz should go all out on Nicolas Claxton, a proven center who fits perfectly next to the 7ft Lauri Markannen, and is still young, fitting the timeline of this scenario. Sexton and Giddey are great guards but not really a threat from 3 point land, but Gary Trent Jr is a lethal shooter, and a great guy to add to the rotation and offer something different offensively.
