Mavs get an elite back-up guard (assuming they keep AD and Kyrie and want to contend)

Pacers create starting five to rival Knicks as best in the east. MPJ is perfect complement to Hali, while Gafford provides much needed lob target & defensive anchor.

Nets get some good young guys and picks.

Not sure given his contract if MPJ is worth 1,2, or 3 first rounders. No idea, but I think 2 is appropriate given the Pacers expect to compete.
