This trade is weird, in particular why would the Wizards do this? Here's why I think they should do this. Dlo has been overwhelming to start the year. Last time we seen him for a rebuilding team he was a allstar, I think if they can they should extend him to a two year deal to even three. I have faith in him to take over. I think they can really up his value for picks. Brogdon it's hard to get value from him when he's quite injury prone. But for the Lakers he doesn't have to be played a lot. The Jazz could get more for Kessler and Clarkson. But they do this trade in hopes for that 2031 pick end up super valuable. LeBron will retire before that season, Davis's future is questionable in Los Angeles after LeBron is done. And they're taking a chance of Davis. Plus, at very worse getting rid of those two just automatically makes them worse in hopes to tank for Flagg. Lakers get way better off this trade, the question is how healthy can all three of these guys can stay. This can also open up Davis to go back to the 4 as he has been wanting to play for the longest.
