Philly needs to deal Harden, and they want win-now assets to plug into the lineup. Their most glaring hole is wing depth. PJ Tucker started for them this past year. Dorian Finney Smith would be a great add to their starting lineup at the 3, leaving a lineup of Maxey/Melton/DFS/Harris/Embiid. Powell and Roco would give the Sixers depth on the bench for the first time in a while. They even get their own first back in 2027.
For the Clippers, they give up a couple of distant future firsts, while getting off some money and trying to crack their title window open again, with a big three of Kawhi/George/Harden.
For the Blazers, they decide to move off Dame and rebuild. They get a premium piece for their frontcourt, by getting Claxton, they get four future firsts, and they cut a bunch of payroll.
For the Nets, they use their excess in wing depth and some future draft assets to land a star to anchor their young team. They replace Claxton with Nurk, who Dame already has comfort with, and they end up with a starting lineup of Dame/Bridges/Royce/Cam/Nurk...or, Simmons, if he remembers how to play basketball.
Does everyone get what they need here?
