In this scenario, Lebron would take a pay cut and the Lakers would get a new center. They could maybe use the extra money from Lebron's paycut to sign a mle player and a few vet minimums. I don't really know what Ayton's value is, I don't think it is super high.
The Blazers get a mid second round pick and a versatile forward in Jarred Vanderbilt, plus expiring contracts in Vincent and Kleber that they maybe could get something out of. It's possible that the Blazers would want the 2031 first for Deandre, but I have seen sports illustrated mocking him to Charlotte for Nurkic and Josh Green, so his value probably isn't high.
