Now guys here me out when I say this. What 3 things do the Magic need the most?

1. Shooting

2. Playmaking

3. Scoring

James Harden is all of those things man. Now i'm not expecting him to come to Orlando and turn back into 2019 Harden, but I do believe that for the Magic he could THRIVE. I see him averaging 24 and 9. Plus this contract would have a TO on the last year, which means you are only committing 2 guaranteed years to Harden, while not having to pay Paolo yet.

A rotation I could see for this team coming up, ignoring any other future FA signings they could make is...

Jalen Suggs - James Harden - Franz Wagner - Paolo Banchero - Wendell Carter

Cole Anthony - Anthony Black - Tristan Da Silva/Jett Howard - Johnathon Isaac - Mo Wagner

Now tell me that doesnt entice you Magic fans...

I could see Paolo and Harden averaging 24, with Franz averaging near 20 as a great 3rd option. Personally thats what I see Franz as, and elite 3rd option, I don't think he can be the Second Option on a championship team.

Now look, im not saying I expect this move to win you a championship, but I definitely believe this is a move that will make you very competitive in the East, and during Harden's tenure on the team, you can develop his replacement, whether thats AB, a guy you draft next year, or a guy you bring in, whatever.

Anyways I see this being a very good move Magic fans, what do you think?
