The Sixers want a "Harden-esque" return for Simmons, so they get it here, literally the same group of picks. Jae'Sean Tate should be a contributor there while Wall is a salary filler that can be flipped. John Wall hasn't fit on the Rockets for a while and they have more than enough shooting in Green, Porter Jr., etc., and need defense. They get that in Simmons. Danny Green is also a salary filler to be traded, probably for a second round pick on a rebuilding team. I don't know why Houston would do this as they should be rebuilding, but all of the picks they trade here should be non-lottery picks assuming Harden and Irving stay past 2023. The Sixers would do this because obviously this return is probably too much for Simmons currently and can be traded for something more than Simmons, ironically Wall could be traded for Beal if the Wizards decide to rebuild. This could also be how the Sixers fulfill their dreams of acquiring the man they have wanted all offseason, Damian Lillard.
