Blazers gamble on Zion's superstar potential in order to compete with Dame. They send the Clippers the #3 overall (Miller or Scoot), #23, a future first, Anfernee Simons, and Cam Reddish's contract in a sign-and-trade.
The Pels trade one headache superstar for another one (who's won something) in Kawhi and send out a low 2024 first and Trey Murphy III for the privilege. This is a lot, but Kawhi is almost certainly the best player they can get for Zion if the want to start (finally) competing. They still need a point guard, but if they can get Chris Paul back or trade a Lakers pick for a PG, they have a lot of talent: CJ, Kawhi, Ingram, Valunciunius.
The Clippers get out of the Kawhi business with a decent return: 2 promising young players who are already ready to start in Simons and Murphy, the #3 pick, 3 more first rounders, and a couple second rounders.
