Trade Pacome Dadiet, Miles McBride and a 2028 2nd via BOS to Houston for Clint Capela.

Trade a 2027 WAS 2nd and Dillon Jones (on a non-guaranteed contract, so Wizards can waive him) on a sign and trade deal to Washington.

This way, they get their Mitch replacementin Capela, another big who can rebound, in exchange for players that don't playand a few seconds. The Dillon Jones part is just so the financials work (they already did this with Duane Washington in the KAT trade).
