The Bucks defense has not been good this season as their guards are kind of undersized and they lack size at small forward. This trade would help that as both Black and DeSilva are around 6'7. Jase Richardson was kind of just a throw in as It dosent appear he gets much playing time in Orlando, so maybe a change in scenery would be good for him. The other bonus for Milwaukee is all 3 players are on cheap rookie contracts, and would be under team control.

For Orlando this is about getting valuable draft capitol back, both the swap in 2031 and pick in 2032 have no Protections on them and could be valuable as Giannis will either be in his mid 30's or will be gone from Milwaukee by then so they could be lottery picks. Orlando also gets a ball handler in KPJ and good 3 point shooters in Trent.
