WHY THIS TRADE MAKES SENSE FOR ALL TEAMS

• OKC are in need of size and rebounding. In this trade, they only give up their non-rotational players and few of their gazillion picks, so it doesn't hurt them that much. Getting Drummond, one of the best rebounding bigs ever, to be their backup five is a huge addition for them as it fills out one of their needs. They also acquire PJ, who is inconsistent but a young, 4 that also adds size and a bit of spacing for this growing OKC team.

• BULLS will need picks as they enter buying/selling mode. Acquiring 3 second round picks for an expiring contract is a win trade. They also get Poku, a raw talent that they could either release or develop.

• HORNETS PJ has been bad for them this season. They just resigned him for three years, so they will acquire salary filler Davis Bertans, an expiringh contract, and a young asset in Tre Mann, who could be their backup guard. They also get picks in this trade and try to revamp their team.
