For Cavs, Mobley and Allen can't fit together is the biggest question. Sending out a DPOY might sounds like a bad move but necessary to contend. JJJ is a better scorer inside than Mobley, He can shoot 35% outside in his career. I think this team is in a contend now situation considering crazy status from Michell. JJJ's biggest problem is that he can't grab boards and protect the rim. Allen is an elite rebounder. Allen's problem is he can't shoot and switch which JJJ can do. It is just a perfect fit don't mentiong getting off 9M on salary. Also For Memphis just give them a DPOY to use as a rebuild core.
