76ers: You have to keep in mind they have barely any access to their picks the next like 3 years. Their 2027 pick is top 2 protected, so they should try to compete. If Embiid is healthy like 2/3 of the games, it doesn't matter because that'll allow Lively to develop anyways, their isn't much harm in bringing Embiid in. People forget he was literally MVP. They also bring in Barlow, who played solid for his role in Philly last year and he's only 23.
Nuggest: This puts them in a much better spot financially and they maintain lots of versatility while adding depth. They sacrificing Gordon and Cam Johnson for Watson and Pj Washington, that's not bad cconsidering they save more than 20M's in this deal.
76ers: They have too many players who will need the ball. You add Gordon and Gafford who are amazing role players and a solid defender in Martin off the bench, I like this trade for them a lot.
Grizzlies: Add picks while you get the chance, you get a 2028 swap, in case the Nuggets fall apart in two years and future Sacramento second.
