Why each team does this:

Suns: Jimmy wants to be a Sun, and the Suns get draft capital back. Regardless of if they have Butler or Durant, they are probably not making it too far in the playoffs.

Heat: Wiggins has been just as good as Butler and is younger, just not as efficient and does not turn into a top 5 player in the playoffs. They also get Draymond. They are able to focus on winning throughout the rest of the season without the Jimmy drauma and they get a solid young player in Santos.

Warriors: The Warriors go all out on one final run, reuning the championship duo of KD and Steph. This costs them picks, which is very risky, but worth it if they think KD can still get them a ring.

Raptors: Raptors swap picks and add Burks, who the Heat need to trade to let go of some cap.
