**Bucks also receive a 2033 First Rounder Via MIA

Timberwolves also receive a 2033 Second Rounder Via MIL* ————————————————————————— Trade #1-

Bucks select Hannes Stienbach

Trade Analysis- The Bucks fully commit to turning the page after the Giannis era and receive an enormous package in return. Young contributors in Larson, Jaquez, and Ware provide immediate depth, while Ja Morant becomes the ultimate high-risk, high-reward swing that could either reshape the franchise or disappear quickly. On top of that, Milwaukee gains future flexibility and adds three first-round selections, including a chance to reset the roster in this draft.

The Heat make a move that could either become legendary or reckless depending on the outcome. With other teams likely circling Giannis, Miami pushes all their chips in and sends out major contributors and long-term assets to secure Giannis and Portis. The appeal is simple: they won the Giannis sweepstakes … now they just need enough depth around them to survive.

The Grizzlies finally close the book on their previous era. With Coward, Wells, and Cam Boozer becoming foundational pieces, Memphis adds Tyler Herro to bring shot creation and offensive structure to a younger core.

————————————————————————— Trade #2-

Suns select Meleek Thomas

Trade Analysis- The Suns move back into the first round while also reshaping the roster construction around a more balanced offensive identity. Swapping out Jalen Green for Julius Randle clears some congestion in the guard room and gives Phoenix a bigger offensive connector who can create space and diversify their half-court attack. Landing another first-round pick on top of that gives them flexibility to continue adding younger talent.

The Timberwolves make arguably the boldest move of the night by exchanging stability for star upside. Randle’s fit had become uneven at times, and Minnesota decides to gamble on Ja Morant rediscovering elite form and creating one of the most explosive backcourts in the conference. If it works, they become terrifying offensively; if not, they still clear the runway for Naz Reid’s expanded role.

The Bucks continue reshaping their identity in their third move of the night and pivot away from Morant by bringing in Jalen Green. It gives Milwaukee a younger scoring guard and opens up a different developmental path for their backcourt.
