THESE ARE ALL SEPARATE TRADES
Rockets acquire a starting PG and resign him to a 3-year extension who fits Alp and Amen's timeline while also being a win-now player and being their starting PG after the Fred injury. This trade is done after December.
Magic gets off of Issac's money and gets a reunion with Vuch, who is also an expiring, which is needed with all of their recent extensions.
76ers get off of Paul George and get a decent Backup Center and two defensive-minded wings (Pat Will's contract is kinda bad, but it's not 54 million a year)
Bulls take on a lot of bad money but get some great picks and young players. Bona could be a good Center for the future on a cheap contract. Sheppard was the third pick last year, and Jett exists.
