Houston trades for KD, Phoenix reroutes Green, Whitmore, and Landale to Chicago for Ball and 2 First. Gives Chicago its starting SG to pair with Giddey, while giving Phoenix 3 firsts (one of which may end up being a second) and two late lottery picks this year, while adding rotation players on expirings.

This may be too much for Houston to give up for KD (given his age) but this would be the best I can see Phoenix realistically getting for KD, if Houston is really interested in trading for him.
