Philly
The Sixers get their guy and he is only 26. Deni's efficiency has dipped this year with an increase in workload, but he fits a lot better as a scoring forward next to the two guards and JoJo. They'll need to let Drummond and Oubre walk, but with Tyrese and VJ at 25 and 20, there is no rush to contend. Let them keep growing, purge the books, and start building back up.
Portland
The Blazers are stuck in the middle. They still don't have that #1 guy but they're too good to net a top pick. They should stock up on assets and create more flexibility for themselves. Clingan can be a legit long-term piece, and I wouldn't give up on Sharpe or Scoot yet. They're waiting to clear cap, so may as well get picks in the meanwhile.
