Grizzlies get: Gabe Vincent, Taurean Prince, 2024 2nd round pick, 2026 second round pick, 2027 2nd round pick The Grizzlies realize that they have no place in making the playoffs this season. They trade away an aging Luke Kennard on a 14 million dollar contract, and Brandon Clarke on a 12 million dollar contract. They clear up a good amount in cap space, while trading away two aging players. They recieve Gabe Vincent, who could give them some decent minutes on a small contract if they try to make a playoff push next season. Taurean Prince is a veteran forward on a cheap contract who could mentor young guys like Desmond Bane. They also recieve three second round picks, where they hope to draft a young guy who could give them good minutes off the bench as they continue to build around Ja Morant.

Hawks get: D'Angelo Russel, Brandon Clarke, 2025 first round pick The Hawks finally trade Dejounte Murray to Los Angles after months of rumors. They decide that they want to make a playoff push, adding Brandon Clarke to the roster, while aquiring a 2025 first round unprotected pick from Los Angles that could be a worthy pick depending on if Lebron leaves. They do have to give up 2 second round picks, but they will rely on the first rounder from Los Angles on their future as they continue to build around Trae Young.

Lakers get: Dejounte Murray, Luke Kennard After months of speculation and rumors, the Lakers finally go out and make a deal for Dejounte Murray. They create one of the best big threes in the NBA, with Lebron, AD, and Murray. The Lakers get defense in the frontcourt, while seriously solidifying them as potential title contenders if they can start to win some games. The Laker also bring in a guy like Luke Kennard, who will be a good piece off the bench or even in the starting rotation if they want to make one more finals run with Lebron James. The Lakers do have to give up a haul, though. The give up D'Angelo Russel, who has been going off since the trade rumors started, clearly increasing his value. The Lakers make up for his amazing scoring ability with Dejounte Murray's defense while also being able to score, and Luke Kennards three point ability. They give up to aging players on cheap contracts as they are seemingly getting ready for the post-Lebron rebuild. L.A does have to trade away a second in 2027, although that pick will probably not be worth much coming that time. They do have to give up a crucial 1st round pick, but it will all be worth it if they can get the coveted 18th championship.
