Honestly I know its a pretty bad trade for the nets but it makes a lot of sense for the lakers and maybe just throw in a pick or two from the lakers. They get a big that they desperately need, plus a decent guard on a low contract. They also clear over 2 mil in cap which is huge for them.

Nets get a starting forward which they need, and also a backup point guard, which is good because they have no point guards on the roster. Both have one year left giving the Nets even more flexibility to sign and resign players and make big trades.

Nets: Resign De'Anthony Melton, Cam Thomas, Dayron Sharpe, Trendon Watford Draft a SF, (Ace Bailey, Kon Knueppel, etc) Melton - Thomas - Rookie - Rui - Sharpe Vincent - Johnson - Evboamwam - Watford - Clowney
