MIA: With the heat slightly slipping off, this trade is a way to add another All-Star Level player without giving up your big 3. Adding Bradley Beal adds that level of scoring that the Heat need. Beal is an overall great scorer that would play amazing on this Heat team. The only negative I could say is that you are giving up a lot for the future, but with Jimmy and Lowry's age I seem them declining sooner rather than later.

WAS: Washington isn't a championship team, even with Beal they're not even close. This would start their rebuild, getting young players on decent contracts as well as two future picks. Solid deal if they are looking to rebuild this team.
