Heat would be getting way better with this trade adding Buddy Hield, Jonathan Isaac and TJ McConnel.

Pacers would gain Kyle Lowry for 1 year who i assume would just be used as a veteran voice to guide Hali as well as gain a FRP.

The Magic get rid of Jonathan Isaac who has been injury ridden and add a forward who can shoot the lights out in the right setting.

I think the picks to both Pacers & Magic make it more desirable but it doesn't put either team in that much of a better situation. Pacers have started shopping Hield and are aware they won't get much with the expiring contract.
