Okay this is chaotic, had to be to make it work. I'm not totally sure if this is fair for everyone. I'm just kinda estimating players value to their own team, and the other teams, also team needs, and wants, et cetera.
I'll tell you my reasons for each team here under:
Mavericks
They have been gifted by the gods, after Nico's treachery, with a generational talent. There can't be no more, "When Anthony Davis is back, we'll be invincible", the Maine objective is Flagg, Flagg, Flagg. Build around him, with young players, and roster that suits him. TANK this season, especially with the ridiculous draft talent this year. Yes you are getting a good player back in Darius Garland, that's because he fits what? Yes Flagg; Flagg's timeline, even Flagg's skills (Elite spacer and playmaker). If you run into the problem of not being able to lose with Garland to tank for the draft, YOU REST THAT MAN EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF THE SEASON IF YOU NEED TO. Because if you can't tank, you are squandering this golden opportunity you have been gifted, I don't care what fines you have to pay. Hey I think Garland just had a calf strain. Underrated part of this is Day'Ron Sharpe, he's a promising young Center, that fits The Flagg objective. Also the Mavs get under the 2nd apron which was key for them, and have 11 million expiring from Kleber (Come back my boy). I would probably think they would still trade Gafford for a 1st.
Cavaliers
I mean I've done mock trades on here in the past, that traded Allen and Garland, but Cavs fans mocked me pun intended. Well who's mocking now huh? well I am, I'm still mocking, mocking this trade flawless transition. With the recent... how can I say this.. whorery, slutness from the Cavs, trying to bang every player in the league. I saw a report that they were also in talks about Anthony Davis along side their Giannis suckery. Being the mocker I am, this whole trade got concocted. They give away the two players that have been rumored most, that they would trade, Garland and Allen. They trade them for Anthony Davis, two really good wings in Naji and Jake (both on good contracts also), and then some draft capital: three - 2nds and two - 2031 1st swaps. Plus also shredding considerable amount of money for the cap, something that was a problem for them. Also lets not forget D'Lo, I'm shivering thinking about a backcourt of D. Mitchell and D'lo. I think this is a solid trade for them, and will make them better, but as is always with AD. You are relying on his health. But if AD manages to be healthy in the post-season, which he has remarkable done well in his career. I would not want to face the twin towers of AD and Mobley in the frontcourt, too soon?
Lakers
Okay Okay, I know, calm down, I also felt this way first. The Lakers did it again, how can they keep getting away with this. But this isn't as lop-sided as you think, although they absolutely walk out of this cheezing. Not Lakers though of course, they are ungrateful, out of touch with reality, pricks. They are giving stuff away. They are losing great YOUNG role-players like Jake LaRavia and Rui Hachimura. They are giving away the next 4 of the 1st round picks they own as swaps, and giving their 5th one away as unprotected. So they have no draft capital, for 6 years lol. I also consider the expiring deals to be valuable, I think they are in this day and age. But still, yeah they are fleecing this deal, but I mean hey at least I'm being realistic. I mean can you blame me? I'm a Mavs fan, I genuinely think they can get whatever they want for whatever. Pushing aside all that, this would be disgusting. Giving Luka Doncic, a center the caliber of Jarret Allen, and that kind of shooter like MPJ, I'm going to puke. Not also mentioning that Lonzo and Highsmith, aren't bad role-players. They're the type of player that thrive playing with Luka.
Nets
The problem with the Nets is that they're the Nets, they are stuck in their own mediocrity. So they slowly start changing themselves into the Lakers. First they trade for their players, and acquire their picks, then start changing their staff for Laker staff. Then they just full-blown change their logo and name, and now they'll magically just get shit handed to them. With all full seriousness, the Nets suck, they trade their one asset MPJ, and take a shit load of contracts on the book. In exchange for what? 3 - 1st round pick swaps with the Lakers, and then 2 future unprotected 1st round picks. Not terrible, also some of the players they get aren't so bad. Rui is good, maybe sign him back. You get Knecht and Hardy, two young players that can maybe turn things around, also some vets like Marcus Smart. Or Ayton, or Dominayton as I call him, the goat, he could turn their franchise around. Meaning he would be their rock bottom, and make them realize that they have to chance their ways.
