Lakers - If Vando doesn't come back in time or needs more time to get back to the old Vando the lakers will have to try and replace his value. The Lakers fix all their defensive and rebounding issues by adding another two-way wing that is playoff-proven and a great rebounder for his position. They also get a solid bruising big, great rebounder who can spell for AD at the 5. Finally, this establishes the 9-man rotation JJ wants with 3 big men rotation that fits any situation, plus Shake Milton in case Knecht is having a bad game. Bonus it clears up cap space for next season which can be interesting since Lebron has shown interest in taking a pay cut

RAPTORS - Bruce brown has an expiring contract and the Raptors cash him in for an FRP and 3 players they have been heavily interested in. Vando fits the Raptors team's makeup and culture. Masasi was heavily interested in JHS in the draft and still has some interest since we have never really seen JHs giving consistent minutes in the NBA but he played well in the G-League. Vincent is really just a throw-in to make the money work but he has been playing better lately and they can try and rehab his value or just trade him next year as an expiring contract.

Hornets - They clear minutes for Mark Williams who is their big of the future. They get a backup big in Hayes as an energy guy off the bench whose playstyle pairs well with Lamelo, especially in pick-and-rolls. Cam Reddish is a good defensive player who helps address their perimeter defense. Both players are in expiring deals so no risk move and the real compensation is really the 2 SRP which is fair value for Nick Richards

Again this trade only makes sense if Vando is NOT back but if he is I say keep Vando and only make the Nick Richards trade
