Mavericks: Essentially boils down to Gafford & PJ Washington for Gobert, gives up very little wing depth- just sending Martin to match salary. No draft capital is given up. This allows AD to stay in the PF position and Lively to continue as the backup for both AD & Gobert, and allowing for 3 big matchups with all 3. Lonzo to run point until Kyrie returns and keeping Klay is huge for them.

T-Wolves: Teams up KD & Ant at the cost of Gobert, but is offset by making room under the apron to sign Naz Reid to a new max deal. An addition to the deal to consider here is sending Nick Richards from the Suns to the Wolves as backup C, but the Wolves do have fan favorite Luka Garza. The 2025 Pistons pick is 17, and the S&T with Randle helps facilitate getting the salaries to match, this seems like an easy accept for the Wolves.

Suns: Gets needed depth at C & PF, a buyout and stretch of Beal at 90 million over 3 years gives the team flexibility. This may be painful when attempting to re-sign Gafford and PJ in 2026, but it will allow them to clear cap by the time Booker's new extension kicks in 2028. They take on Patrick Williams terrible contract, but gain 2 pick swaps in doing so.

Bulls: Bulls have been linked to Randle in the past, and he will bring needed scoring in the front court. Have to give up 2 pick swaps to get off of Williams but doing so with trading Lonzo to Dallas gives them flexibility to re-sign Giddey and Jones. The idea for doing those swaps in 2028 & 2030 is to be competitive by then so the cost is minimal. There could be justification of send a first or multiple seconds from Dallas here for Lonzo.
