You can treat the Suns and Bulls portion as a separate trade, this doesn’t need to be a 4 team deal. Those are super uncommon and unrealistic anyway.

Maybe I’m just a delusional Suns fan but I feel like this could be pulled off logically, but probably won’t be realistically. They could get some of their own draft picks back and get under the 2nd apron, and even $10M under the 1st apron once some contracts expire and they could resign Tyus Jones. And I feel like the players they get back even still keeps them in playoff contention this season.

The Bulls have been trying to get off LaVine’s contract anyway and even though they’re getting back a contract that’s just as bad at least they come away with 2 late FRPs. And I’m sure Beal would waive his NTC since he’s from Chicago and probably has family there.

The Kings are already looking to shop Fox anyway and they get back a quality starting PG to shake things up in their roster and they get a few 2RPs.

The Rockets go all in, they take advantage of Phoenix wanting to salvage its own future and get KD for a fairly decent price by giving Phoenix back their own FRPs and only giving up one notable young player in Jabari Smith Jr but they’re playing well beating the Cavs and Celtics without him right now anyway. So a decent price to add KD to an already great team. And they swap out VanVleet for Fox and get even more scoring ability on their roster without sacrificing playmaking from the point. They’re Championship contenders with this trade and they’ll give up the picks to get there
