I don't think the Raps will end up moving Siakam, but if they do, this is probably the way it gets done.

The trades with Murray don't make a lot of sense because of his contract situation (on an expiring contract with no realistic ability to be extended before free agency) and his poor shooting (Barnes and Murray would be committing to terrible spacing). Hunter also doesn't make any sense for a team that would still have Scottie Barnes and OG Anunoby in the frontcourt.

The two young guys the Raps would want most are AJ Griffin and Kobe Bufkin, so they anchor the package. Atlanta is short on picks to trade, so the third young piece gets added in Okongwu. This probably means Poeltl getting traded at the deadline. Bogdan is just salary filler, but could be a decent fit for a guard-lite squad, and a couple future firsts fill out the package.

This would set up the Raps presumed future starting lineup as being Bufkin/Gradey/OG/Scottie/Okongwu. If AJ develops well, then an OG deal could clear a path for him to start down the road.

For the Hawks, they really go all-in here, but they also kind of have to. They already committed so many picks to get Dejounte, and he's a free agent next summer. It didn't really work out this year, so I guess they are chasing Siakam to double-down, and try to make it work so they can bring everyone back next summer in free agency.

This would leave the Hawks with a starting lineup of Capela/Siakam/Hunter/Murray/Trae, with Saddiq Bey as the 6th man. That's pretty good.
